Executive Assistant
For a professional services client located in Glenwood, IL, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership on a full-time basis. The role is structured as a temporary position with the opportunity to convert to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Working on a hybrid basis, the Executive Assistant will support day-to-day operations Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., helping ensure that calendars, travel, and essential documentation are managed accurately and efficiently. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with proven experience supporting executives, maintaining strict confidentiality, and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do?
Manage executive calendars by scheduling, updating, and confirming appointments and meetings to ensure optimal time utilization.
Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries for executive leadership.
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making and internalmunication requirements.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitivepany information, executivemunications, and strategic business matters at all times.
Prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timelypletion and accurate follow-through on each item.
Your Skills
Demonstrated proficiency in calendar management with at least three years experience supporting executives or senior managers.
Strong travel coordination skills, includinganizingplex itineraries and resolving schedule or logistics changes quickly and effectively.
Advanced document preparation abilities, including drafting, editing, and formatting professional correspondence, reports, and presentations accurately.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information discreetly, and exercise sound judgment in all executive support activities.
Effective time management andmunication skills, enabling clear interaction with stakeholders while managing multiple priorities under deadlines.

Pay Details:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour
