Executive Assistant- Real Estate+ Business Operations (Detail-Driven, Systems-Focused Role)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, systems-minded team member to support a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and entrepreneur with an active brokerage practice and a growing portfolio of car wash businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, process creation, and follow-through. You will work closely with a fast-moving decision maker and be responsible for bringing structure, consistency, and execution to a wide range of projects. If you enjoy taking ideas and turning them into repeatable systems, keeping complex workflows on track, and being the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks, this role will be deeply rewarding. No two days are the same!
Core Responsibilities:
Real estate listing and transaction support Coordinate property tours, showings, inspections, and client meetings Track contract deadlines, follow-ups, and transaction milestones Drafting documents and reports using templates Coordinating and attending tours, showings, inspections, etc. Marketing and Outreach Coordinate mailers and handwritten outreach campaigns Assist with implementing and tracking marketing initiatives for the car wash businesses Updating and maintaining Wix website (very user friendly) Administrative Support Handling bill payment, and basic administrative finance tasks (Coordinating with bookkeeper and accountant) Run local errands and attend meetings or as needed Assist with projects and operational initiatives related to the owner's car wash businesses. Build, document, and refine internal systems and workflows Delegate to remote assistant What Success Looks Like in This Role Systems are documented, repeatable, and improving over time Deadlines are met without reminders Information is organized and easy to access Required Qualifications Prior real estate industry experience (required) NH Real Estate License (preferred) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Work Schedule & Location Mostly in office. (Manchester) Occasional work from home flexibility possible on days collaboration is not necessary. Mileage reimbursed for errands and showings (2025 IRS rate: $0.70/mile ) Why This Role?
