- Temporary, Full-time, Contract Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Schedule:
M-F; 8a to 4:30, may flex to 7:30 to 4p. May be able to work from home on occasion pending executive schedules.Pay Range:
$36.00 to $38.00. Duties Supports an Executive Vice President with administrative functions, including but not limited to: calendar management, scheduling conference rooms, agendas and meeting minutes. Drafts and proofreads some leader communications. Schedules leader itineraries, travel, conferences, retreats, accommodations, and does event planning. Acts as a liaison within the organization. Provides customer service to all visitors and guests. Assists with area phone support, screens calls, directs calls, inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Create presentations for leadership and meeting support. Provides leadership with data tracking and reporting for operations in an area (financial, variance, productivity and quality). Creates of metrics, complex data, analysis, billing, budgeting, graphs and dashboards as needed. Supports the leader's operational initiatives for an area. Acts as a coordinator with moving projects forward, program assistance, and logistics. Maintains area supplies at the appropriate inventory levels; anticipates future needs; places and expedites orders; and verifies receipt of supplies. Manages employee records, insurance, foundation, legal agreements, contract renewals or regulatory records. Uses office equipment; troubleshoots equipment issues and schedules repairs as needed. Operates standard photocopying equipment, collates and assembles documents for distribution. Supports committees and boards with similar administrative duties as needed. Other duties as assigned. Experience A minimum of five (5) years of Administrative Assistant experience. The ability to multi-task and adapt with time sensitive situations working autonomously with other leaders. Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.Pay:
$36.00- $38.
