Job Description

Executive Assistant - Critical Access Hospital Administration WHSN | Snoqualmie Valley Region, WA Temporary with Temp-to-Hire Potential | On-Site WHSN is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders at a respected Critical Access Hospital located in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley region, just outside of Seattle and near Bellevue. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys supporting mission-driven healthcare leadership. This position is primarily on-site, although occasional remote workdays may be considered.

Mid-June Pay Range:
$40-$44/hour depending on tax-free stipend eligibility
Potential:
Temp-to-perm opportunity available Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and anticipating leadership needs to keep priorities moving forward efficiently. Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate materials, record minutes, and track action items during executive and leadership meetings. Draft professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level communications with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as a trusted liaison between senior leadership, internal departments, external partners, and community stakeholders. Complete monthly credit card reconciliations and expense reimbursements. Support executive initiatives and strategic projects, helping ensure milestones and deliverables are met on schedule. Maintain organized systems for files, contracts, records, and confidential documentation. Provide high-level administrative and operational support in a dynamic healthcare environment. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience using AI tools for drafting, summarization, workflow optimization, and administrative efficiency strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute independently with minimal oversight. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear, concise, and actionable meeting minutes. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information. Self-directed and proactive work style with strong problem-solving abilities and initiative. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with executives, clinicians, board members, and community leaders. Skilled at managing up, down, and across teams with clarity, diplomacy, and confidence. Why Join This Opportunity?
