The Opportunity We're partnering with our client to identify an Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders. This role will support three executives (two Managing Directors and one senior team member) and offers broad visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow alongside a well-respected team. The ideal candidate is polished, highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable operating around senior investment professionals without needing extensive direction or structure. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars across multiple senior stakeholders Coordinate domestic travel and occasional international travel logistics Own expense management and administrative workflows end-to-end Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively solve operational challenges Act as a steady, professional presence in a fast-paced executive environment Support meeting coordination and day-to-day executive effectiveness Provide occasional personal support when needed, though the role is primarily business-focused Ideal Background Approximately 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience (flexible based on capability and fit) Experience supporting senior executives in investment, venture capital, private equity, financial services environments Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to operate independently Comfortable working with high-energy, visible personalities while maintaining composure and professionalism Resourceful, and self-directed Culture & Environment Hybrid schedule with predictable in-office cadence (Tuesday-Thursday) Collaborative leadership team known for being approachable, charismatic, and respectful High trust, low micromanagement environment Opportunity to expand scope and grow with the role over time Limited overtime expectations and strong emphasis on sustainable performance
