This is not a traditional desk-only assistant role. This position requires occasional local travel throughout Greater Cleveland and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted operational partner capable of assisting with administrative duties, scheduling, project coordination, client communication, office support, vendor coordination, and occasional local field assignments. This position offers significant growth opportunities as the company continues to expand across business consulting, property management, commercial real estate, vending operations, and specialty projects. Primary Responsibilities Executive Support Manage CEO calendar and scheduling Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments Prepare meeting agendas and notes Monitor and organize email communications Track action items and follow-up tasks Assist with document preparation and organization Operations Coordination Assist with project tracking and task management Maintain company records and digital filing systems Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers Assist with onboarding new clients Help maintain operational procedures and documentation Support company initiatives and special projects Administrative Functions Answer and route inquiries Assist with data entry and reporting Manage office supplies and administrative needs Organize company files and records Assist with contract and document management Local Field Support Run occasional business-related errands Attend meetings on behalf of management when appropriate Assist with property-related visits and documentation Deliver or pick up documents when necessary Support local networking events and business functions Conduct site visits and collect information for company projects Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years administrative, executive support, office management, or operations experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional demeanor and sound judgment Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with CRM systems preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to maintain confidentiality Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow alongside the company.
