Position Overview:
An Executive Assistant to the President acts as a strategic gatekeeper and operational liaison. They manage complex calendars, prioritize communications, and oversee high-level administrative details. This role requires impeccable discretion, problem-solving skills, and the ability to represent the President seamlessly to internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders. This is a fully remote position requiring exceptional self-direction, strong time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President's email, calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the President Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting agendas Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion Organize and maintain digital filing systems Assist with bid documents, contracts, invoices, and construction-related administrative tasks Serve as a liaison between the President, vendors, clients, and subcontractors Coordinate meetings, company events, and jobsite visits Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion Perform additional administrative and executive support duties as assigned Willing to travel, estimated to be once per quarter, for training and/or meetings Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity Background in construction or related industries is a plus Offering:
