Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two business owners. This remote position (must live within 30 minutes of Saginaw, MI) requires a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in helping the business owners stay organized, focused, and effective. Men are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Coordinate and maintain schedules, meetings, and appointments for both owners
Communication Support:
Serve as a point of contact by managing emails, phone calls, and messages
Travel Coordination:
Arrange occasional travel, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
Meeting Preparation:
Organize agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow-ups
Document Management:
Prepare, proofread, and manage internal and external documents
Project Support:
Assist with various projects, research tasks, and communications
Administrative Tasks:
Manage files, monitor task deadlines, and support daily operations
Professional Representation:
Interact with clients, partners, and vendors with professionalism
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality on all business matters Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and take initiative Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups and confidently navigate challenging interactions with professionalism and composure Hands-on ability to build, organize, or support projects from the ground up Highly adaptable, able to manage a range of responsibilities while communicating effectively with staff, inspectors, contractors, and vendors Comfortable and enjoys working in both indoor and outdoor settings Resourceful and proactive in supporting business growth, including outreach, community engagement, and identifying new opportunities Bonus Skills (Not Required) Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners Familiarity with project management or CRM tools
