This dynamic role requires a exceptional administrative skills, capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating enthusiasm, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence. Duties Manage the CEO's calendar with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professional phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems. Coordinate various projects and events, including planning logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring deadlines are met. Handle office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records. Provide executive administrative support by proofreading documents, transcribing meetings, and preparing reports or presentations as needed. Assist with personal tasks for the CEO when required, acting as a reliable personal assistant to facilitate daily activities. Use office software like Microsoft Office Suite to create correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations; ensure all documents are accurate through meticulous proofreading. Support front desk operations by welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize DocuSign for signing or sending electronic agreements securely and efficiently. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring seamless communication across departments. Qualifications We are looking for freshers who are eager to learn and grow. Proven experience in executive administrative support or office management roles with a strong background in clerical work. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
