This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and able to maintain professionalism while communicating on behalf of leadership. This is a part-time hybrid position with primarily remote work and in-office attendance required once every two weeks. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (20 hours per week) Starting at $20/hour Opportunity for increased hours, pay, and role advancement based on performance Key Responsibilities Email & Communication Management Monitor business and personal email accounts daily Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO in a professional and timely manner Flag important emails requiring direct attention Organize emails into appropriate folders to maintain a clean and structured inbox Calendar & Scheduling Manage Outlook calendar and schedule meetings promptly Add calendar events within 15-30 minutes of request Ensure all meetings include Zoom links, locations, and accurate details Prevent scheduling conflicts and double bookings Meeting Coordination Create and send Zoom links for all scheduled meetings Ensure meetings are properly organized and communicated Follow-Up & Coordination Follow up with Program Support Assistant and Finance Specialist regarding outstanding items Track and follow up on companies requesting client documentation Ensure no requests or communications are missed Daily Reporting Provide daily updates on completed tasks, scheduled meetings, and outstanding items Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficient in email platforms (Outlook/Gmail) and scheduling tools Experience with Zoom or virtual meeting platforms Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualities Highly responsive and dependable Strong sense of accountability and follow-through Professional communication skills when representing leadership Ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of tasks Growth Opportunity This role has strong potential for advancement into a higher-level Executive Assistant or Operations Support role. Candidates who demonstrate consistency, reliability, and initiative may be given increased hours, higher pay, and expanded responsibilities, including task management and team coordination.
