This role is ideal for an experienced administrative or HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can anticipate needs, and enjoys supporting both strategic and operational HR functions. In this elevated role, you will support two company owners—one of whom also serves as the Head of HR—by providing high‑level administrative support, managing sensitive information, and ensuring seamless coordination across HR, Talent Acquisition, and executive operations. You will also take ownership of weekly reporting, assist with payroll learning and processing, and help drive efficiency across the organization. Duties Talent Acquisition & HR Support Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and job postings across multiple platforms. Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes including orientation and training. Ensure compliance with employment and labor law requirements related to recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Facilitate exit interviews and support off‑boarding activities. Assist with employee retention, engagement, and appreciation initiatives. Executive & Administrative Support Provide high‑level administrative support to two owners, including the Head of HR, with professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional attention to detail. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and organize executive communications. Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of leadership. Serve as a liaison between employees, leadership, and external partners. Reporting, Payroll & Operations Create, update, and distribute weekly HR, recruiting, and operational reports with accuracy and clarity. Learn payroll processes and assist with payroll preparation, audits, and data validation. Support project management tasks related to organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data integrity across HR systems. Requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally. Prior experience in Talent Acquisition required; HR administrative experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to produce accurate reports, analyze data, and maintain organized documentation. Experience with ATS platforms and strong proficiency in data entry and tracking. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paylocity or ADP is advantageous; willingness to learn payroll is essential. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills with the ability to support senior leadership effectively. Professionalism, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
