Job Description Our client is ilooking to fill the role Executive Assistant to HR Team. This role supports two VP, HR Business Partners and the Head of Talent & Growth within Disney Entertainment Television's People & Culture team. The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative operations for senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, project tracking, and executive communications. This individual will act as a trusted partner to leadership, helping ensure smooth day to day operations while supporting key departmental initiatives. Success in this role requires professionalism, discretion, strong relationship building skills, and a solid understanding of Disney's organizational structure and business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, curious, and thrives in a fast paced corporate environment. Pay Rate:
$31.41/hr Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials Maintain electronic and physical filing systems Process expense reports and electronic transactions Manage office supplies, subscriptions, and departmental operational needs Handle highly confidential information with discretion Meeting & Event Coordination Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and materials Track action items and meeting follow ups Monitor conference room scheduling and monthly release calendar updates Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions Communication Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders Draft and distribute executive and departmental communications Liaise professionally with executives, talent, and assistants across Disney Facilitate communication between HR and other internal departments Project Management Support planning and execution of HR initiatives and special projects Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones Conduct research and provide operational support for team initiatives HR Support Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Support employee records and HR documentation Help prepare reports, metrics, and analytics Promote a professional, efficient, and collaborative work environment Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency with both Mac and Windows environments Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt quickly Experience working effectively with all levels of an organization Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus Additional Information Hybrid schedule requires onsite presence 4 days per week Must be comfortable working in a hoteling environment Segment:
