Job Description
Duties We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic corporate healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Hybrid schedule typically 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly. Manage correspondence via phone systems, handle phone etiquette professionally, and respond promptly to inquiries. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations with high accuracy through proofreading and transcription tasks. Handle personal assistant responsibilities as needed, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling for the CEO. Requirements Requirements Proven experience in executive administrative support within healthcare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry systems. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times.
