DogiZone Location:
Rockville, MD (In-Person) This is a fully in-person position. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
Compensation:
$55,000
  • $70,000/year + performance bonus potential for high performers
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday + weekends as needed and not common This Isn't Your Average EA Role DogiZone is on a mission to become America's Favorite Dog Brand. With over 20 years in business, we've built something rare, a dog training resort and pet care company that clients trust, teams love, and dogs thrive in. Daycare, boarding, grooming, training, retail. We do it all, and we do it better than anyone. Now we're entering our next chapter. We're looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to be right in the middle of it. This role sits directly beside our Founder & CEO. You'll see everything, touch everything, and have a front-row seat to what it takes to build a brand from the ground up.   • Calendar, email, scheduling, communications, and whatever it takes to keep things moving Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Candidate outreach, coordination, paperwork, and making sure new hires land well Procurement & Ordering
  • Managing company orders and vendor relationships without dropping balls Meeting Management
  • Notes, action items, follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch Project Coordination
  • Keeping cross-functional projects on track across a growing team Tech & Systems Support
  • Google Workspace, internal platforms, and whatever tools we throw at you Operational Support
  • Jumping in wherever the business needs you, because no two days look the same Who You Are 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role, you've done this before and you're good at it You have a natural sense of urgency
  • you don't wait to be reminded, you don't let things sit You're a people person
  • warm, professional, and great at working with everyone from candidates to vendors to leadership You are deeply trustworthy
  • you'll handle sensitive information, conversations, and situations with complete discretion You figure things out
  • Google it, ask the right question, try something. You don't need your hand held You're tech-comfortable
  • Google Workspace is second nature; Paylocity is a major plus You're ready to work hard
