Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team and public figures of FarmLore Films. This role goes beyond traditional assistant duties—it requires a dynamic individual capable of managing a fast-paced workflow while supporting visionary leaders engaged in story telling / film production within the wildlife documentary, regenerative agriculture and culinary spheres. The ideal candidate brings both precision and intuition to their work, understands the nuances and expectations of the entertainment industry and can adapt fluidly to a broad and evolving range of responsibilities. Applicants should also be comfortable with running light errands in support of a small team. This is not a remote or freelance gig — this is a full-time, on-site position embedded with the farm and production team in Sisters, Oregon.Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination across multiple time zones Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Executive Team, Principles and internal/external stakeholders Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communications Handle confidential information with discretion Provide logistical support for film-related projects, Assist with digital organization (file systems, password managers, video files, document sharing, etc.) Troubleshoot basic tech issues across devices, apps, and remote tools Coordinate with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of CEO priorities Anticipate needs and act proactively to address them Run occasional errands as neededQualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; entertainment, agriculture, or production industry experience a strong plus Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Technically confident: familiarity with MacOS, cloud-based tools, Zoom, Google Suite, and remote workflows Calm under pressure and capable of managing competing priorities Emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, and resourcefulBonus:
Familiarity with supporting a traveling public speaker.Additional Qualities We Value:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:
