(Apostolic Christians Together Serving, Inc.) is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to outreach, leadership development, ministry training, and fostering compassionate service rooted in Apostolic Christian values. Our mission is to serve communities through practical outreach, spiritual guidance, and Christ-centered leadership and ministry. Current initiatives include community events, ministry resource development, leadership support, officiant services, and plans for future church planting efforts. We aim to create and support healthy ministry environments emphasizing compassion, restoration, and authentic service to others. Role Description This is a volunteer hybrid role located in Marysville, OH, with opportunities for remote work. The Executive Assistant to the Founder will provide critical administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and maintaining effective communication. This role will involve day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with organizational initiatives, and supporting the execution of the Founder's responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to a hybrid work schedule and be passionate about contributing to A.C.T.S. mission. Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling Expense Reports Experience in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in standard office software and tools Commitment to the values and mission of a faith-based organization Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in nonprofit or faith-based organizations is a plus
