We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Client Coordinator to support the Managing Partner and help keep client work moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and organize a high-volume email inbox, including drafting client responses for review Serve as a point of contact for client communication and ensure timely follow-up Track tax return status and follow up on open items with clients and team members Assist with document collection and client portal coordination Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and priorities Prepare and send client-facing communications and updates Support internal workflow processes and deadlines Assist with general administrative and coordination tasksWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
