Executive Assistant/Financial Analyst:
Develop executive summaries, performance reports, and business insights to support strategic decision-making across multiple business units. Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance. Coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines, deliverables, and key objectives are achieved. Research vendors, gather proposals, compare service offerings, and assist leadership with evaluating business investments and initiatives. Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive communications while ensuring priorities remain on track. Create and maintain organized systems for records, reporting, documentation, and internal processes to support operational effectiveness. Assist with special projects, business planning efforts, and executive initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications of the
Executive Assistant/Financial Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred. 3+ years of experience in executive support, business analysis, financial reporting, operations, consulting, or a similarly analytical role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and present findings in a meaningful way. Strong project management and organizational abilities with experience balancing multiple priorities and competing deadlines. Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives, business partners, and stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Exceptional critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
