Founded by successful producers, international performers, songwriters, and businessmen, 107 Productions offers a wide range of booking services. Since 1998, our licensed and bonded agency has produced over 30,000 events throughout the East Coast, providing quality live entertainment and consulting services to a wide variety of satisfied clients.
Role Overview:
107 Productions is seeking a personable Executive Assistant/Marketing professional to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This position requires a highly organized individual who can provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, assist with marketing initiatives, communicate effectively with clients and artists, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live entertainment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while adapting to the evolving needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and screen phone calls and emails. Follow up with clients and leads. Prepare contracts, documents, and invoices for artist bookings. Support the company in growing its brand and business partnerships. Conduct research and gather information as needed. Maintain client/artist relations by attending events and live shows. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote artists and events. Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers. Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Design promotional materials such as flyers, graphics, and event announcements.
Requirements:
A minimum of five years of experience in a music-related industry, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (degree preferred but not required). Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Access to a functioning computer with internet connectivity. Willingness to travel and attend live performances. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changes. Professional, patient, and supportive demeanor towards artists and clients. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
