Position Overview We are seeking a highly intelligent, organized, and adaptable Executive Operations Assistant & Business Coordinator to work directly with company leadership across multiple businesses and startup initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure and organization to fast-moving entrepreneurial environments. The founder is highly visionary, idea-driven, and involved in many simultaneous projects and opportunities. The right candidate will help organize priorities, track projects, improve follow-through, and create operational structure without slowing down creativity and innovation. The ideal person is:

Key Responsibilities Executive & Organizational Support Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up tasks Help prioritize projects, action items, and ongoing business initiatives Assist with email management and business communications Organize documents, files, business information, and operational workflows Help maintain accountability and follow-through on projects and deadlines Business Operations Support Assist with operational coordination across multiple startup businesses Track ongoing projects, partnerships, and business development initiatives Conduct research, gather information, and prepare summaries or reports Help coordinate vendors, contractors, meetings, and business activities Assist with process improvement and operational organization Microsoft Excel, AI & Technology Build and maintain spreadsheets, reports, tracking systems, and dashboards Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, and automation platforms to improve productivity Organize and analyze business data and operational information Support implementation of technology and AI-driven workflows Presentation & Project Assistance Assist with presentations, pitch materials, and investor-related documents Help support startup launches, marketing initiatives, and new business ideas Coordinate project timelines and assist with implementation efforts Support website updates, online projects, and general business coordination Qualifications Required Skills Comfortable using AI tools including ChatGPT, Grok, Claude and modern business technology Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage changing priorities and fast-moving environments Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills High attention to detail and follow-through Self-motivated and dependable Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting entrepreneurs, founders, executives, or startups Familiarity with project management systems, CRMs, Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of business operations, marketing, real estate, or technology businesses Experience preparing presentations, reports, or business documentation Ideal Candidate Traits Highly intelligent and quick learner Organized, process-oriented, and methodical Comfortable handling ambiguity and fast-changing priorities Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills Calm and composed in chaotic environments Able to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively Strong communicator with professional demeanor Passionate about startups, innovation, and business building Pay:
