Position Overview This role exists to create clarity, organization, and operational momentum inside a growing firm. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to help manage priorities, support client-related processes, and ensure priorities are executed with clarity, consistency, and follow-through. This role is an important part of how our clients experience the firm. This is a hybrid role that blends executive support and operational coordination. On any given day, you may be organizing calendars and communications, assisting with client account processes, coordinating internal projects, or supporting recruiting and marketing efforts. The right person for this role brings a high level of personal ownership, a strong ability to create and maintain organization, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a team environment built on trust, excellence, and shared values. Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the founder
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communication (email, tasks, follow-ups)
  • Prepare materials and ensure readiness for client and internal meetings Operations & Client Support
  • Assist with client account setup, paperwork, and follow-through
  • Coordinate internal workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Support ongoing client service processes and requests
  • Serve as a point of first contact for clients by greeting them in the office, creating a welcoming environment, and contributing to a high-quality client experience Team & Firm Support
  • Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communication
  • Support marketing and event logistics

  • Salary Range:
    $55,000
  • $68,000 (based on experience and demonstrated ability)
