- Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the founder
- Organize and prioritize incoming communication (email, tasks, follow-ups)
- Prepare materials and ensure readiness for client and internal meetings Operations & Client Support
- Assist with client account setup, paperwork, and follow-through
- Coordinate internal workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Support ongoing client service processes and requests
- Serve as a point of first contact for clients by greeting them in the office, creating a welcoming environment, and contributing to a high-quality client experience Team & Firm Support
- Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communication
- Support marketing and event logistics
- Help maintain organization across systems, files, and processes The Ideal Candidate

Salary Range:
$55,000- $68,000 (based on experience and demonstrated ability)
