As we continue to grow, we're seeking an exceptional Executive Operations Partner to work closely with senior leadership and help drive organizational excellence across the company. This role combines executive partnership, project coordination, operational leadership, and process improvement. You'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while building systems, improving workflows, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring critical priorities move forward with consistency and excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and energized by creating structure from complexity. They naturally anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and take pride in helping leaders and teams operate at their best. What You'll Do Executive Partnership & Leadership Support Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive priorities Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, summaries, and follow-up action items Coordinate travel, logistics, expenses, and executive communications Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles before they become problems Track key decisions and ensure accountability across initiatives Project & Initiative Coordination Drive projects forward with strong ownership and follow-through Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communication Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and accountability systems Monitor progress and provide clear status updates to leadership Ensure important priorities continue moving forward without constant oversight Operations & Process Improvement Create SOPs, workflows, templates, trackers, and operational documentation Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements Build scalable systems that increase organizational effectiveness Improve communication, handoffs, and operational consistency across teams Support change management and implementation of new processes Organizational Operations Track contracts, renewals, deadlines, reimbursements, and operational details Support onboarding, documentation, and organizational systems Maintain accurate records and compliance-related processes Assist with budget tracking and operational reporting Ensure high standards of execution across leadership functions Communication & Relationship Management Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Build strong working relationships across departments Help ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time Navigate competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment What Success Looks Like A successful
Executive Operations Partner:
