This role involves managing daily schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting with both professional and occasional personal tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Needs to be hire ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events Prepare documents, reports, and presentations Handle personal administrative tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in office software and digital tools Ability to work independently and anticipate needs High level of professionalism and discretion No previous restaurant experience r equired English/Arabic speaker liked but not required
