You will be responsible for all administrative, accounting, reporting, contract generation, market research and human resources coordination. You will also communicate with property managers and/or tenants, make travel arrangements, update/create spreadsheet reports, resolving billing issues, review monthly invoices, assist with budget management, marketing coordination, manage vendors, organize files/records, conduct research, human resource coordination and other special projects assigned by the COO. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience: 5 years as an Executive Property Management Assistant supporting senior management Real Estate knowledge and/or residential or commercial property management knowledge Contract documentation review and preparation Property management accounting software knowledge Above average Excel skills - Prepare and maintain spreadsheets/databases; conduct research and produce statistical, narrative and other reports Human resources coordination experience Marketing coordination experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Adaptable and willing to learn new projects and tasks Must be able to work in fast-paced environment Excellent problem solving skills Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands Ability to establish and maintain and effective working relationships Proven ability to handle priority and sensitive information in a confidential manner Excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel , Power Point and Publisher This is NOT a remote/work from home job . We offer a competitive salary starting at $50,000. We also have a generous bonus program based upon profits, a 401K plan, vacation and health benefits. Drug Test and background check are required.
