Fashion Executive Assistant Location:
Laurel, MD (

In-Studio + Remote) Reports to: CEO Role Overview Bridal Babes is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and style-conscious Fashion Executive Assistant to support the CEO across business operations, brand execution, and select personal responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and can seamlessly shift between executive support, creative coordination, and personal assistance . You will play a critical role in keeping the CEO organized, the brand moving forward, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is not a passive role, this is for someone who anticipates needs, solves problems quickly, and executes with excellence. Key Responsibilities - Executive & Business Support Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal team communications Assist with inbox management and follow-ups Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed Support CRM-related tasks in HubSpot (deal updates, task tracking, follow-ups) Help track production timelines, launches, and key business initiatives Fashion & Brand Coordination Assist with photoshoot planning and execution (scheduling, pulling looks, coordinating logistics) Support sample organization, inventory tracking, and showroom readiness Help coordinate content days, influencer collaborations, and brand activations Organize styling materials (swatches, lookbooks, accessories) Ensure the studio space reflects Bridal Babes' brand aesthetic at all times Operations & Team Support Assist with SOP documentation and updates Support onboarding logistics for new team members Help maintain organization across systems (HubSpot, Shopify, internal trackers) Track key tasks and ensure deadlines are met across departments Personal Assistant Support Assist with personal scheduling and appointments Handle occasional errands (local to MD area preferred) Support travel planning and coordination Help manage day-to-day logistics to keep the CEO focused and efficient Ideal Candidate Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive thinker who anticipates needs before being asked Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable balancing multiple priorities at once Interest in fashion, bridal, or styling is a strong plus Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly (HubSpot, Shopify, Google Suite) Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented Work Environment Hybrid role: mix of in-studio (Laurel, MD), remote work, and occasional on-site support Some weekend availability may be required for events, photoshoots, or busy seasons Why This Role Matters This role is a direct extension of the CEO.
