This is not your typical Executive Assistant role. SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the business owner's calendar, scheduling meetings and travel, handling email communications, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will also support project coordination, research business opportunities, assist with social media and marketing efforts, and help manage real estate-related activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Organization Manage calendar, meetings, and travel logistics Assist with weekly planning and priority alignment (Strategic Coach) Monitor and respond to emails as needed Track and follow up on tasks to ensure completion Operations & Execution Help move projects and initiatives forward from idea to completion Research industry trends, training opportunities, and business initiatives Support client follow-ups and key relationship touchpoints Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization Marketing & Growth Support Assist with social media content, trends, and strategy Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and support marketing efforts Support press outreach and new opportunity development Real Estate & Investment Support Assist with managing short-term rental listings (Airbnb) Research and source real estate investment opportunities Help organize and track real estate-related initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have high school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or related experience (supporting leadership preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability Proficient computer skills (email, calendars, virtual platforms) Familiarity with social media and digital tools; experience with AI tools or willingness to learn Interest in business operations, marketing, or real estate is a plus

$18.00 per hour
