This is a part-time, hybrid role. Data entry will be on-site vs remote, with the ability to work nearby at coffee shop, restaurant, etc. Candidates will need to have their own laptop and be familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Office, etc. Candidates should be active and knowledgeable of social media platforms, have the ability to think strategically, be proactive and communicate effectively to succeed in this role. Enter/transcribe receipts and other data into documents for tracking budgets Support web-based research, brainstorming sessions and develop summaries, recaps, action items, etc. Create content such as emails, social media posts, content captions, business documents and other types of internal or external communications, as needed Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy access to important documents and records. Provide exceptional administrative and project management support Poor experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; experience in transcription and proofreading is highly desirable. Strong office management skills including filing systems, data entry, and clerical experience. Ability to coordinate projects efficiently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Pay:
$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
