Job SummaryThe Veteran Realtor Team is hiring a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive Assistant to support the leadership of a top-performing real estate team. This role is the operational right hand to the team leader—responsible for scheduling, communication, operations and administrative support to keep the business moving smoothly. Ideal candidates are organized, fast-paced, excellent communicators, and thrive in high-performance, dynamic environments. You'll have direct exposure to real estate operations and leadership, and play a key role in driving business success.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the founder's calendar with precision and foresightMonitor and triage emails; draft and respond to communications professionallySchedule and coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholdersAnticipate scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities accordinglyProvide administrative and operational support to team members as neededServe as the founder's liaison with clients, partners, and third partiesMaintain and organize the founder's daily agenda and commitmentsCoordinate travel bookings and itinerariesPlan and execute events, client meetings, and team functionsAssist in preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and listing/buyer presentationsShow properties on behalf of the founder when neededHandle client communication with professionalism and discretionAd hoc administrative projects and assist in streamlining business operationsMaintain records, files, CRM data, and digital systems with accuracyUphold confidentiality and discretion in all dealingsRequirementsActive NM real estate license preferred, but not requiredExperience in real estate operations, executive support, and team coordinationStrong organizational skills with acute attention to detailAbility to take initiative and operate independently when neededFull-time availability with flexibility for light weekend needsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHighly punctual, professional, and reliableProven ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environmentPositive, solution-oriented mindset and excellent judgmentHigh proficiency with modern technology platforms (Google Workspace, CRMs, scheduling tools, etc.)
Compensation:
$20 per hour, depending on experience, 20 Hours a week to start.
