Contract/Temporary Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Partner to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a corporate Strategy & Development environment. This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling, executive priorities, travel coordination, meetings, presentations, and day-to-day operational support in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with strong executive presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to effectively support senior stakeholders while managing competing priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to senior executive leadership (SVP level) Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize meetings aligned with business objectives Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand priorities and shifting business needs Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics Organize and support meetings, including agendas, materials, scheduling, and follow-up actions Prepare briefing materials and ensure leaders are prepared for meetings and leadership forums Track action items, deadlines, and decisions to support business continuity and execution Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and executive communications Prepare presentations and support executive-level messaging Screen and manage communications, including calls and incoming requests Submit and reconcile expense reports using Concur Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences Partner cross-functionally to support business priorities and leadership initiatives Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational workflows Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion Minimum Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of related administrative or executive support experience Experience managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, and events Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment Strong experience preparing presentations and executive-level communications Professional presence with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders Advanced proficiency in: Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools Key Competencies Strong judgment and discretion with confidential matters Ability to independently manage priorities and execute with minimal direction Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Adaptable and resourceful in changing environments Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and leadership levels Work Environment Hybrid schedule required Onsite in San Diego, CA Monday through
