Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive Assistant to provide high-level support for two C-level executives. This long-term contract position requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate executive interactions, and oversee travel planning with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with private travel is a must. This role has the flexibility to be fully remote. Experience with HNW individuals is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars by organizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for upcoming commitments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary details.
- Coordinate meeting logistics for senior leadership, securing rooms, preparing agendas or materials, and confirming attendee alignment.
- Serve as a central point of contact for scheduling-related communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor changing priorities and adjust calendars or travel plans quickly to support business needs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate travel and meeting details so executives have clear, timely information.
- Support executive operations by anticipating administrative needs and handling time-sensitive requests with professionalism. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
- Strong background in calendar coordination across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to book and manage detailed travel arrangements with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience organizing executive meetings and handling related logistics from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
