Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive Assistant Location:
Hybrid; required to work 3 days/week onsite at either the New York, NY office or Stamford, CT office Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Executive Assistant provides high-touch administrative and coordination support with a strong focus on executive-level recruiting. This role serves as a trusted operational partner, managing complex scheduling, interview logistics, travel coordination, and related workflows to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for executive stakeholders and candidates. This position is ideal for an experienced executive support professional who values ownership, discretion, and delivering a polished candidate experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Coordinate executive-level interview logistics including complex scheduling and real-time changes Prepare and maintain professional interview agendas Serve as a primary point of contact for executive candidates Support onsite and virtual interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience Arrange candidate travel and assist with expense reimbursement Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, executive assistants, and search firms Create and maintain executive-level requisitions and recruiting documentation in Workday Support ad hoc recruiting initiatives as needed Qualifications Several years of experience in an Executive Assistant, senior administrative, or operations coordination role Demonstrated experience supporting executives and senior leaders Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and administrative workflows Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information Familiarity with HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition environments (Workday experience preferred) A polished, highly organized professional with strong follow-through and attention to detail Calm, service-oriented, and confident when managing competing priorities and last-minute changes Comfortable interacting directly with senior leaders and executive-level candidates Motivated by earning trust and serving as a reliable operational partner Collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented
Pay Rate:
