Experienced Executive Assistant needed for a prestigious Wealth Management firm in Charleston! The firm is seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives. This is an excellent opportunity to become the right hand to the President of a growing and highly respected firm. The ideal candidate will have experience with: Complex calendar management Managing executive email communications Assisting with and managing personal real estate investments Paying bills and handling personal/executive administrative matters Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements General high-level Executive Assistant duties Prior experience with Leaf Planner is a plus! The right candidate for this position will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
