The position supports leadership by organizing meetings, preparing merials, coordining travel, and maintaining official records to help ensure the office functions effectively and leadership priorities are carried out.Duties performed:
Providing administrive support to the Federal Co-Chair and Chief of Staff by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing briefing merials, and drafting correspondence. Coordining meetings, events, and travel arrangements by preparing travel authorizions, arranging transportion and lodging, and ensuring compliance with federal travel regulions. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including federal, ste, and local partners, and routes inquiries to approprie staff. Maintaining federal digital records by collecting, organizing, and archiving official documents in accordance with federal records management requirements. Assisting with planning and coordining meetings, conferences, and special projects by arranging logistics, preparing merials, and tracking project tasks and deadlines.
