Job Description

Nick Van Gorp Real Estate is seeking a High-Level Executive Assistant to partner directly with a top-performing real estate leader. This role is for someone who enjoys having structure , driving execution, protecting leadership's time , and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What We Offer:
Base Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 annually (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid Time Off and growth opportunities
Compensation:
$45,000-$55,000 base salary
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, inboxes, scheduling, and executive priorities Stay proactive, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving Build systems and improve workflow efficiency Oversee CRM, client communication, and follow-ups Coordinate meetings, events, and business logistics Handle fast-paced demands with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience Highly proactive, organized, and able to work independently Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills Thrives in high-performance, fast-moving environments Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems and tools Real estate experience is a plus, not required About Company Nick Van Gorp Real Estate is a high-performance real estate business built on excellence, execution, relationships, and growth.
