Full-Time Onsite, Salaried Exempt Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant to support executive leadership while serving as a key liaison between U.S. operations and factory teams in China. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and plays a critical part in coordinating communication, tracking priorities, and ensuring alignment across international teams within a fast-paced material handling environment. This position is ideal for a high-potential early-career professional with strong bilingual communication skills who is looking to grow into operations, executive support, or international business. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. leadership and factory teams in China Translate and interpret business communications (written and verbal) between English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders Coordinate communication related to equipment orders, product availability, shipment timelines, and operational priorities Track action items, project updates, and ensure timely follow-up across teams Facilitate communication across departments including operations, sales, and logistics Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, including early morning or evening calls as needed Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries Translate documents, technical materials, and business correspondence Assist with logistics, inventory coordination, and customer-related requests tied to material handling operations Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned Required Qualifications Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cultures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international teams or China-based operations Exposure to material handling, logistics, distribution, or equipment-related industries Experience supporting executives or senior leadership Work Environment Fast-paced, professional office setting Frequent coordination with international teams across multiple time zones Flexibility required for early morning or evening meetings
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
Starts at $55,000 annually (potential increase based on experience and qualifications)Benefits Include:
