Job Description:

Summary:

Our client in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant supporting their C-suite executives in a fast?paced corporate environment. This person will act as a trusted partner to leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and meetings, and supporting executive communications. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting Draft, edit, and format executive correspondence, presentations, and internal communications Develop and maintain organizational charts and leadership materials Plan and coordinate in?person and virtual meetings for senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and division teams, including logistics, materials, catering, and on?site support Support internal communications Assist with foundation?related initiatives, including board meeting coordination, agendas, meeting minutes, and program communications

Qualifications:

Experience supporting C?suite or senior leadership in a professional organization Highly organized, detail?oriented, and proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; Concur experience a plus

Compensation:

$65,000-80,000 Health, dental, and vision benefits PTO 401k plan

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm on-site, 1-2 remote days possible was comfortable in role.
