Executive Assistant to the CEONon-Profit Educational Organization | Contract-to-Hire OpportunityAre you a proactive, detail-driven Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? We are partnering with a respected non-profit educational organization seeking a highly organized and intuitive professional to support their dynamic CEO.This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role at the executive level—serving as a true right hand to a leader deeply engaged in community impact, board relations, and strategic initiatives.

About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the backbone of daily operations—managing complex scheduling, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The CEO moves quickly and is deeply involved in both internal leadership and external community work, so your ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead will be key to success.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume, ever-changing calendar with precision and foresightCoordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reportingPrepare and organize materials for executive and board-level meetings, including presentations and reportsAttend meetings and take detailed, accurate notes; distribute clear and timely meeting minutesDraft memos, correspondence, and internal communications on behalf of the CEOSupport Chief of Staff meetings (approximately 4 per week) and other senior leadership meetingsMaintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive informationTrack and assist with reporting in Excel and other systemsServe as a liaison with internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders, including foundationsWhat Makes You a Great FitExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlesslyStrong note-taking and documentation skills—you capture details others might missHighly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps aheadPoised, professional, and comfortable supporting a high-level executive in a fast-moving environmentDetail-oriented with a 'get it right the first time' mindset—especially with travel and logisticsComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyWhy This Opportunity?
