This pivotal role combines executive administrative support with strategic communication responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and impactful messaging across the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for effective communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission by managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and elevating our internal and external communications. Duties Provide comprehensive executive support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external investors, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence across multi-line phone systems. Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including meetings, conferences, and company parties, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records to support daily operations Experience Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role with at least two years of office management or clerical experience. Strong background in project coordination, event planning, and office administration with familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Demonstrated ability to handle personal assistant responsibilities such as calendar management, travel arrangements, transcription, and proofreading. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
