Job Description:
Position Summary Seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing the CEO's priorities, advancing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination. The role will also serve as a resource to senior executives on a limited, as-needed basis and may support legal or contract-related matters depending on experience. Special project management and executive-level coordination as assigned by the CEO will be an important part of this position. Key Responsibilities Provide sophisticated, high-level support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and prioritization of competing demands Prepare and manage executive correspondence, agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items Serve as a trusted partner in helping the CEO manage priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives Attend management level and/or confidential meetings with the CEO or potentially on the CEO's behalf Coordinate special projects and executive initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and follow-through Provide limited administrative and coordination support to senior executives, as needed Assist with leadership meetings, executive communications, and organizational planning Support legal-adjacent administrative matters, including contracts, document management, signature routing, and coordination with legal counsel, as applicable Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting/working with C-suite executive(s), or senior leadership team Demonstrated ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure in a dynamic environment Strong business judgment and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Experience with legal, contract, or governance-related support is a plus
