Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic logistics company to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This is a contract opportunity expected to last approximately one year, offering the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing a wide range of administrative and strategic support functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, events, and executive-level communications Track priorities, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities Why This Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to executive leadership within a reputable logistics organization while contributing to key initiatives during a critical growth period.
