You'll balance tasks, support the crew, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you're dependable, detail-driven, and love a little fun at work, this one's for you.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (bonus points for admin training) 1-3 years of experience supporting an office or team Confident with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools Organized, accurate, and calm under pressure Friendly, dependable, and always ready to help

Job Duties:

Keeping the boss (and the team) on track—calendar, emails, meetings, the works Handling the details so others can focus on the big picture Solving problems before they even become problems Keeping everything organized, from documents to last-minute emergencies
