Job Description

Position Summary:
Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill & Wintergreen is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Operator and Executive Leadership Team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day administrative operations, supporting leadership initiatives, managing communication, and helping drive organizational effectiveness within a multi unit organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and aligned with Chick-fil-A's values of excellence, stewardship, and servant leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the Operator and Executive Leadership Team Help coordinate calendars, scheduling, meetings, and follow-up communication as needed Assist with organizing leadership initiatives, team events, and special projects Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and internal communications as needed Support internal communication and team recognition initiatives to strengthen culture Serve as a communicator between vendors, and community partners. Ensure accurate invoice processing and maintain organized, up-to-date records and information. Assist with onboarding coordination, leadership administration, and operational follow-up tasks Manage monthly uniform and warehouse supply ordering while maintaining budget expectations Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
