  • Full-time Job Overview We are a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Managing Attorney and Senior Briefing Attorney.
This role sits at the center of our litigation team. You will be responsible for managing attorney calendars, coordinating across departments, and ensuring that priorities are aligned in a fast-moving environment where schedules can shift quickly based on court orders, client needs, and case developments. This is not a routine administrative role. It requires judgment, coordination, and the ability to help attorneys and teams adjust in real time. Responsibilities Manage complex attorney calendars, including court settings, depositions, mediations, hearings, and internal deadlines Coordinate across all departments (intake, case management, operations, and tech) to align schedules and priorities Handle email and inbox triage, ensuring urgent matters are identified and elevated appropriately Act as a gatekeeper for attorney time, helping prioritize competing demands Communicate with attorneys and team members to make real-time adjustments when priorities shift Assist in coordinating coverage when scheduling conflicts arise (e.g., hearings, mediations, client meetings) Support attorneys during high-intensity periods, including trial preparation and active trial settings Ensure critical issues are escalated quickly and handled efficiently Requirements Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure litigation environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage frequently shifting priorities Confidence to set boundaries, redirect requests, and protect attorney time Ability to coordinate across teams and gather information needed to make scheduling decisions Comfort working with multiple personalities and maintaining professionalism under pressure High level of accountability and follow-through Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly relay information between attorneys and staff Bachelor's degree required Preferred (Not Required) Experience in a legal or litigation environment Spanish (bilingual)
