This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a consistently busy environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is seeking long-term stability. Executive Assistant Support Responsibilities Assist executive leadership with calendars, scheduling, and communications Demonstrate strong computer literacy to prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed Support a productive and well-structured work environment by managing emails, handling data entry, and organizing tasks to keep office running smoothly Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to multiple department directors Help prioritize tasks and keep projects on track Accounting Support Responsibilities Coordinate and provide administrative support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks Prepare and track invoices, payments, and account reconciliations Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks Coordinate with the company CPA and internal accounting staff to gather and provide requested financial documentation Assist with job cost documentation and financial recordkeeping related to construction projects Qualifications • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Accounting Assistant, preferably in construction, real estate, or professional services Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel required QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience required Bilingual in Spanish and English required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Consistent work history and job stability Why You'll Enjoy Working With Us Steady workflow in a consistently busy environment Opportunity to develop skills across executive and accounting functions Supportive team and leadership invested in your growth Long-term, stable career opportunities
