Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to support the President of a fast-paced, growing organization. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, strong judgment, and the capacity to manage both administrative and personal responsibilities with precision and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of executive support, administrative expertise, and legal/paralegal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Serve as a primary point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and discretion Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate and manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality, such as bill pay and bank reconciliation Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed Track priorities, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met Support special projects and executive initiatives
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role strongly preferred Paralegal experience or strong familiarity with legal documents, contracts, and document management is a plus Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
Schedule & Availability:
Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible based on daily priorities) This role requires flexibility—some days may extend beyond 5:00 PM to complete priority items or projects This position requires a high level of trust, professionalism, and commitment. The right candidate will be a key partner in supporting executive operations at the highest level.
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
