Job Description

Job Summary :
The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Founder & CEO, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently and the organization remains aligned and operationally strong. This role is responsible for managing high-level coordination, improving internal systems, and supporting cross functional execution across departments. The Executive Assistant plays a leadership support role by driving organization, accountability, communication, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Coordination Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items Ensure follow-through on key initiatives and deadlines Act as a gatekeeper to prioritize time, communication, and commitments Operational Support Assist in organizing and improving internal systems and processes Track key metrics, reports, and deliverables across departments Support implementation of strategic initiatives and projects Maintain organized documentation and internal records Communication & Accountability Serve as a central point of communication between departments Ensure tasks, projects, and priorities are clearly communicated and executed Follow up with team members to maintain accountability and deadlines Draft professional communications on behalf of leadership when needed Administrative & Organizational Support Manage emails, correspondence, and documentation Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents Maintain organized filing systems and operational workflows Support event coordination, meetings, and internal initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced leadership environment
Work Environment Expectations:

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
