This role supports a team of investment professionals by managing high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and expense reporting. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview for the Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator Support a team of investment professionals by efficiently handling administrative tasks and executive support needs. Manage highly complex calendars and proactively anticipate scheduling and meeting preparation needs. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, directions, and backup materials. Schedule and coordinate meetings and executive events while ensuring space reservations, equipment, and hospitality needs are met. Provide partnership and backup support as needed to strengthen team coverage and continuity. Requirements for the Executive Assistant /
Team Coordinator:
3+ years' experience supporting executives; college degree preferred but not required Financial industry knowledge highly desirable Excellent written communication and research skills Proficient computer skills using
Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of Concur Expense Solutions a plus Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion What's in it for you?
