Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives in McKinney, Texas. This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and executive-level functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled efficiently.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Provide general administrative support such as drafting correspondence, answering calls, and maintaining office records.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring operational needs are met.
- Assist in back-office functions, including data entry and document management.
- Handle basic office equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality when managing sensitive information and documents.
- Coordinate special projects and tasks as assigned by executives. Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Strong skills in organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle basic office equipment and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
