Job Description

Job Overview I am seeking a dynamic and highly organized Entry Level Executive Personal Assistant. I own multiple companies and need help running around and doing things for me. One of my companies is construction/house flipping/rental properties. One of your tasks will be communicating with tenants and helping if they need anything. Accepting deliveries at my warehouse and doing inventory. This is not a 9-5 M-F job. It is as needed. I will probably have you doing things every day, but it will be random. You might go a day or two without hearing from me but then I might have you doing things for 12 hours another day. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to contribute to an energetic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities You will help me with any tasks needed for any of my companies or person task such as picking up and dropping off dry cleaning, being at a property for a delivery, making phone calls, etc. You will be required to house and dog sit when I am out of the country. Make sure expenses and documents are input daily into proper files/folders. Assist with event planning for corporate meetings or special functions, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor communication. Maintain meticulous filing systems—both digital and physical—and oversee document management. Coordinate project activities across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining clear communication channels. Manage office supplies inventory, oversee front desk operations, and ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming. Provide personal assistance by managing confidential information discreetly while supporting personal errands or scheduling needs as required. Requirements You must be extremely organized. Responsive and on time. Sales and customer service experience is a huge plus. You must have a good car with valid insurance. There will be a lot of driving. Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Strong computer literacy with knowledge of office equipment such as scanners, printers, and filing systems. Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to interact professionally. Since you will be handling personal and company information you will be required to sign an NDA. Pay and Benefits Pay starts at $47,000 but I will increase pay based on work and effort. The more you do for me to take stress and work off my plate the more I will pay. Multiple bonuses throughout the year. You will be given a company card for gas since you will be driving a decent amount.
