Plano, Texas, United States Talascend is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Plano, Texas. Overview This role involves providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The assistant will serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage scheduling for executive leaders, resolve conflicts, and coordinate meetings and logistics
Maintain the executive's itinerary and schedule with attention to detail
Handle communications screening and prioritize critical messages
Prepare executive reports, compile data, and facilitate internal and external communications
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations
Schedule and organize meetings, including VIP visits and special events
Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure availability of necessary equipment
Assist with word processing, prepared presentations, spreadsheets, and various reports
Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive materials appropriately
Manage office supplies, organize departmental events, and handle general administrative tasks
Assist with project and committee involvement as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting VP-level executives and staff
MUST be bilingual in Korean and English Experience developing executive presentations using PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive teams, industry contacts, and internal staff
Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive materials
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Experience with international travel coordination
